All e-books are sent to the recipient immediately on payment. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find the email containing the link to the e-book you have purchased. Unfortunately e-books are non-refundable.
All hard copy books are shipped as soon as possible – usually the next day but certainly within one week. Returns may be made within 14 days and will be refunded via the payment method used to make the purchase.
All t-shirt orders are fulfilled by a third party company, Printful, which has its own shipping & returns policy.
