Online content is generally free to read/watch, which means that many bloggers are turning to sponsored posts and videos in order to make money from their work. I don’t blame them for this – we all need to pay the rent. However, given that the purpose of my site is to offer independent, objective restaurant reviews, the sponsorship model is not something that fits well with my goals.
