Cookery lessons



If you’re pretty sure there’s more to dinner than pasta and pesto, you’re right – there is. All it takes is a few basic techniques, practice and confidence.

In response to a few people who’ve asked for my help, I’ve started offering private cookery tuition. The subject of the lessons, techniques involved and frequency of the classes are all tailored to the student. First, we meet to discuss your requirements; then I put together a lesson plan based on your needs.

Salads – dig yourself out of the lettuce/tomato/cucumber rut

Fish and meat – nail your basic processes: fry, poach, roast and bake-in-the-bag
