As you may or may not have noticed, the map functionality (aka ‘mash-up’) I mentioned a couple of days ago is now up and running! From now on, when you see a restaurant review, you will be able to click on the address, which will redirect you to a Google map with several ‘drawing pins’ strategically placed on Amsterdam’s fair horseshoe… The odd one out (i.e. the blue/green drawing pin as opposed to the other red drawing pins) shows the location of the restaurant you have just clicked on. If you click on the drawing pin, you will see a short description of the restaurant and a link back to the blog article. Clever, huh? Give it a go and let me know your feedback…
In order to get a few more pins on my map, I’m going to add some restaurant reviews I wrote over the past few months before I started my blog – so when you notice a sudden influx of reviews on the same day, you’ll know that I didn’t actually make it to a gluttonous five restaurants in one day!
