The food is still good, but compared to before the food seems to be made in a cheaper, faster way, making the quality go down. And it's always to busy here. And don't be fooled into thinking that sharing your table with strangers is something spanish, because spanish hate that ;-) The last time I went to this Pata Negra I was quite disappointed.
